Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa sausage, frozen pierogi, broccoli florets, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, and sliced onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a large sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
